About Pastor Pauline
Pastor Pauline, a woman of integrity, is dedicated to worship and a fervent pursuit of God’s Word. Alongside her husband, Pastor Calvin, she leads a transformative ministry at Mount Zion and beyond, delivering leadership, training, and pastoral care to the wider Church community.
Beyond Mount Zion, Pastor Pauline is a core team member of Time4Brum, addressing racial inequality in Birmingham. As the co-chair of UKVision2030, she collaborates nationwide to overcome legacies of inequalities and uplift people of African-Caribbean heritage.
Her Leadership Journey
Ordained in 2015 with Assemblies of God, Pastor Pauline brings in over 35 years of experience in Church leadership. She passionately serves in various areas, including Worship, Women, Children, and Youth ministries. Her strategic insight, honed as the former Director of Operations, contributes to the Church’s growth.
Passion For Life Transformation And Mentoring
Pastor Pauline holds a Master’s degree in psychology and is a qualified transformative life coach. Her commitment extends to mentoring women in leadership, fostering growth, confidence, and wisdom for the leaders of tomorrow.
Engaging in missions to Uganda and Kenya, Pastor Pauline shares her wisdom at conferences and workshops, addressing audiences of all ages and backgrounds. Her heart beats for supporting women on their journey, ensuring they flourish and grow in leadership roles.
